    Wrist and hand injuries are very common, being the second most common cause of work related injuries.

    Wrist and finger fractures, tendonitis, arthritis, trigger fingers and carpal tunnel syndrome are common diagnosis treated at The Institute for Hand and Upper Extremity Rehabilitation .

    We provide a comprehensive evaluation, followed by a specified treatment plan to address all of the patient's needs.


    Wrist/Hand Diagnoses and Treatment

    One of the most complex components in the body are the hand and wrist. The hand is complex due to its high level of sensibility and combined motion patterns. Many bones, joints, ligaments, tendons and muscles contribute to the function of the hand and wrist.
